One of the big thrust of success is to come up with a strong enough why. In leadership training here's what we learned if the why is powerful the how is easy

If you wish to be wealthy study wealsh!
Don't leave it to chance, make it a study!
Some people just go through the day with their fingers crossed. See that won't do it.
You've got to study the things that can change your economic, social, spiritual personal life!

Some people don't do well because they major in minor things. You've got to be on the lookout. At the end of every week, at the end of every month you've got to check make sure you're not spending major time on minor things

How powerful the human spirit can be if it's willing to take on the obligation of it's relationship with the devine.
And also how terrible things can become if the responsibility of that burden is not shouldered
